به گزارش ایرنا به نقل از پایگاه اطلاع رسانی بیمه مركزی ایران، شورای عالی بیمه با استناد به موادی از قانون تاسیس بیمه مركزی و بیمه گری و قانون برنامه پنجم توسعه، به منظور كاهش خطرپذیری ناشی از نوسانات قیمت ها ، به شركت های بیمه اجازه داد كه برای واحدهای تولیدی و واحدهای صادر كننده یا خدمات كه در معرض ریسك نوسانات نرخ ارز هستند بیمه نامه نوسانات نرخ ارز صادر كنند.

شرایط عمومی بیمه نامه نوسانات نرخ ارز واحدهای تولیدی ، صادراتی ، در 29 فروردین 91 تحت عنوان آیین نامه شماره 70 در شورای عالی بیمه تصویب شد.

براساس این آیین نامه واحدهای تولیدی ، صادراتی در معرض ریسك نوسانات نرخ ارز، به عنوان 'بیمه گذار' می توانند با ارایه پیشنهاد كتبی كه مورد قبول شركت بیمه به عنوان 'بیمه گر' باشد و با پرداخت ' حق بیمه ' برای پوشش ریسك ناشی از نوسانات نرخ ارز در قراردادهای تجاری خود بیمه نامه دریافت كنند.

منظور از نوسان نرخ ارز در آیین نامه شماره 70 شورای عالی بیمه ، ریسك افزایش نرخ ارزهای خارجی برای تولید كنندگان و ریسك كاهش نرخ ارزها برای صادركنندگان اعلام شده است.

براساس این آیین نامه تولید كنندگان داخلی نگران تاثیر منفی افزایش نرخ ارز خارجی بر فعالیت های تولیدی خود هستند، همچنین صادركنندگانی كه كاهش نرخ ارز را به نفع خود و توسعه صادرات خود نمی دانند ، قادر خواهند شد برای كنترل تاثیر منفی نوسانات نرخ ارز پایه نسبت به نرخ روز انعقاد بیمه نامه ، از بیمه استفاده كنند.

در این بیمه نامه ، زیان بیمه گذار ، ناشی از تفاومت نرخ ارز پایه در تاریخ سررسید بیمه نامه ، نسبت به نرخ تاریخ انعقاد بیمه نامه ، خسارت تلقی می شود و شركت بیمه متعهد است كه آن قسمت از خسارت را كه بر اساس مفاد شرایط عمومی و خصوصی بیمه نامه ، متوجه بیمه گذار شده باشد تا سقف مندرح در بیمه نامه را پرداخت نماید.

این بیمه نامه مواردی مانند خسارت ناشی از عدم دریافت مجوز صدور كالا و خسارت ناشی از عدم ایفای تعهدات طرفین تجاری را از تعهدات شركت بیمه مستثنا كرده و بی توجهی بیمه گذار به ایفای تعهدات خود و فسخ قرارداد تجاری بیمه گذار را ازجمله موارد فسخ بیمه نامه برشمرده است.
