فرمانده منطقه سوم نیروی دریایی سپاه افزود: ما همواره اعلام كرده ایم كه قدرت و توانمندی جمهوری اسلامی ایران در خدمت صلح و همكاری با كشورهای مسلمان منطقه است.

سردار بختیاروند گفت: با پیوستن شناورهای ارتقا یافته از كلاس ذوالفقار، سراج و ... به منطقه سوم نیروی دریایی سپاه، توان دفاعی ما افزایش قابل توجهی پیدا خواهد كرد.

وی افزود: در حال حاضر پیوند و ارتباط بسیار خوبی میان مراكز پژوهشی و علمی و صنعتی برای تامین ادوات تخصصی دفاعی فراهم شده است و امیدواریم سطح عملی این ارتباط به نقطه ای برسد كه برای تهیه همه نیازمندی ها از قید وابستگی به بیگانگان رهایی یابیم.

بر اساس این گزارش، همه مراحل ارتقای و تجهیز این شناورها در مراكز صنعتی داخلی به انجام رسیده است.

سرگئی لاوروف: موضوع هسته‌ای ایران باید با شیوه‌ای صلح‌آمیز حل و فصل شود

همزمان با ابراز امیدواری وزارت امور خارجه چین نسبت به همکاری نزدیک‌تر ایران با آژانس بین‌المللی انرژی اتمی و آغاز دوباره مذاکرات هسته‌ای، وزیر امور خارجه روسیه تاکید کرده است که هرگونه راه‌حل نظامی در قبال مساله هسته‌ای ایران، باید کنار گذاشته شود.

به گزارش خبرگزاری دولتی روسیه (ریانووستی)، سرگئی لاوروف، وزیر امور خارجه این کشور، روز دوشنبه، ۱۳ فوریه (۲۴ بهمن)، مساله هسته‌ای ایران را موضوعی مهم برای روسیه ارزیابی کرده و گفته است: "این موضوع باید با شیوه‌ای صلح‌آمیز حل‌وفصل شود و هرگونه راه‌حل نظامی باید کنار گذاشته شود."

آقای لاوروف همچنین گفته است که روسیه به دنبال حفظ صلح و ثبات در خاورمیانه است.

در عین حال، سخنگوی وزارت امور خارجه چین هم روز دوشنبه، ۱۳ فوریه، در کنفرانسی خبری در پکن با اشاره به سفر معاون وزیر امور خارجه چین به تهران گفت: "چین دوباره تاکید کرده است که امیدوار است ایران بتواند مذاکره با گروه ۱+۵ را آغاز کند، همکاری بیشتری با آژانس بین‌المللی انرژی اتمی داشته باشد و موضوع هسته‌ای ایران با گفت‌وگو و مذاکره حل و فصل شود."

ما جائو شو، معاون وزیر امور خارجه چین، روز یکشنبه، ۱۲ فوریه (۲۳ بهمن)، وارد تهران شد. گفت‌وگو با مقامات رسمی ایران درباره برنامه هسته‌ای این کشور هدف اصلی سفر دو روزه او اعلام شده است.

خبرگزاری دولتی ایران (ایرنا) به نقل از دبیرخانه شورای عالی امنیت ملی گزارش داده است که سعید جلیلی، دبیر شورای عالی امنیت ملی ایران در دیدار با معاون وزیر امور خارجه چین در روز دوشنبه، ۱۳ فوریه (۲۴ بهمن)، گفته است: "گفت‌وگوها تنها در مسیر همکاری است که می‌تواند رو به جلو و ثمربخش باشد."

بنا بر این گزارش، آقای ما جائو شو هم اظهار امیدواری کرده است که گفت‌وگوهای ایران و گروه ۱+۵ به گام‌های جدی برای همکاری منجر شود.

او پیش از سفر به ایران، در جمع خبرنگاران، خواهان بازگشت ایران به روند مذاکرات به منظور حل مسالمت‌آمیز مساله هسته‌ای این کشور شده بود.

ایران همواره اعلام کرده است که فعالیت‌های هسته‌ای این کشور با اهداف صلح‌آمیز و برای تامین مصرف برق و نیازهای دارویی انجام می‌شود، ولی کشورهای غربی ایران را متهم می‌کنند که برنامه‌های هسته‌ای خود را با اهداف نظامی دنبال می‌کند.

فشارها بر ایران بر سر فعالیت‌های هسته‌ای این کشور از زمان انتشار آخرین گزارش آژانس بین‌المللی انرژی اتمی در ماه نوامبر گذشته افزایش یافته است.

در این گزارش آمده بود که ایران به اقداماتی برای دستیابی به تسلیحات هسته‌ای دست زده است.

اتحادیه اروپا روز سوم بهمن (۲۳ ژانویه)، اعلام کرد که در چارچوب افزایش فشارها بر ایران برای توقف فعالیت‌های هسته‌ای این کشور، خرید نفت خام ایران را متوقف می‌کند.

دولت آمریکا نیز در ادامه تحریم‌های یکجانبه علیه ایران، اعلام کرده است که دارایی‌های تمام وزارتخانه‌های ایران و نهادهای متعلق به دولت از جمله بانک مرکزی ایران در آن کشور مسدود می‌شود. آمریکا در روزهای پایانی سال ۲۰۱۱ میلادی نیز محدودیت‌های بیشتری را برای مبادلات تجاری با ایران و بانک مرکزی این کشور اعمال کرده بود.

با این حال، مقامات رسمی روسیه و چین بارها اعلام کرده‌اند که مذاکره و همکاری تنها راه‌ برطرف کردن اختلاف‌نظرها بر سر فعالیت‌های هسته‌ای ایران است.

پس از تصویب آخرین تحریم‌های اتحادیه اروپا علیه ایران، کاترین اشتون، مسئول سیاست خارجی اتحادیه اروپا، به بی‌بی‌سی فارسی گفته بود که هدف از اعمال این تحریم‌های جدید، وادار کردن ایران به از سرگیری مذاکرات و توقف غنی‌سازی اورانیوم است و "ایران باید بر سر مذاکرات هسته‌ای بازگردد تا بعد بتوان درباره تعلیق تحریم‌ها علیه این کشور صحبت کرد."

خانم اشتون گفته بود که ایران باید پیشنهادهای گروه ۱+۵ در نشست استانبول را در باره فعالیت‌های هسته‌ای خود در نظر بگیرد.

آخرین نشست مربوط به مذاکرات هسته‌ای ایران با اعضای گروه ۱+۵ حدود یک سال پیش در استانبول برگزار شد.

گروه ۱+۵ با حضور نمایندگان کشورهای بریتانیا، چین، فرانسه، آلمان، روسیه و آمریکا تشکیل شده است.

معاون نخست وزیر عراق در امور انرژی گفته است که تمامی قراردادهای نفتی باید با اجازه دولت مرکزی عراق باشد

حسین شهرستانی، معاون نخست وزیر عراق در امور انرژی گفته است که کمپانی نفتی توتال نمی تواند بدون داشتن مجوز دولت مرکزی، با دولت اقلیم کردستان عراق قردادهای نفتی امضا کند.

آقای شهرستانی نسبت به عواقب این اقدام توتال هشدار داده است.

توتال روز جمعه ۲۱ بهمن ماه (دهم فوریه) گفته بود که در حال بررسی سرمایه گذاری های احتمالی در اقلیم کردستان عراق است، اقدامی مشابه با آن چه که پیش از این شرکت نفتی آمریکایی اگزون موبیل قصد داشت انجام دهد، اما با مخالفت دولت مرکزی عراق روبرو شد.

آقای شهرستانی این سخنان را در بصره و پس از آن که از او خواسته شد درباره قرارداد احتمالی توتال با دولت اقلیم کردستان عراق پاسخ دهد، بیان کرد.

آقای شهرستانی همچنین افزود: "موضع دولت عراق در قبال تمامی کمپانی های نفتی یکسان است. هیچ شرکت نفتی حق ندارد که بدون مجوز دولت مرکزی عراق قراردادی امضا کند."

به گفته معاون نخست وزیر عراق در امور انرژی، هر گونه قراردادی در این باره با مخالفت دولت عراق روبرو خواهد شد و شرکت های نفتی که اجازه کار در زمین های عراق را ندارند باید عواقب کارشان را بپذیرند.

آقای شهرستانی همچنین گفت که ایران تهدیدی در مورد بستن تنگه هرمز نخواهد بود، چرا که نفت ایران هم برای حمل و نقل به این آبراه احتیاج دارد و بسته شدن این تنگه تامین کننده منافع ایران نیست.
